Ask the proposed supplier to identify the material and dimensions of the quoted model. Give each size a separate line and confirm the measurement method.
Approve artwork separately
For custom logo drums, provide placement measurements as well as the artwork. Check wording, orientation and colour references in an approved layout. A decorative photo is inspiration, not a finished order specification.
